Welcome to RDforum!

Retail Design is the segment that brings together various disciplines related to design, focused on creating retail environments - physical or digital - optimized to provide memorable experiences for customers and boost sales.

It involves designing and planning every aspect of a store, from the layout and arrangement of products to the choice of materials, lighting and signage, with the aim of creating attractive and functional spaces that reflect the brand's identity and purpose, facilitate the customer journey and positively influence their buying behavior.

The role of the retail designer is that of a conductor who harmoniously, horizontally and collaboratively leads the different specialties involved in a project towards the best solution for the challenges presented.

The development of a strategic and holistic vision is therefore essential for professionals working in this segment.

Brazil has a mature retail market, with important national and international industry players and a significant number of experienced and trained design professionals working independently or within corporations in the sector.

It's time to create an agenda that brings together and strengthens this community, in an event capable of generating knowledge and exchanging ideas through socializing and interpersonal contact, in a professional environment of fraternization and business promotion.

RDforum will provide a journey of multidisciplinary content. A wide range of perspectives and themes will be covered, in order to expand knowledge and stimulate discussion of fundamental contemporary issues in the field of Retail in technical, conceptual, theoretical, design and inspirational sections.

Meet the speakers already confirmed for our inaugural edition

RDforum offers a panoramic and up-to-date look at what is happening around the world in the professional practice of Retail Design. To this end, it will bring together big names from different disciplines and backgrounds to discuss the application of new technologies, concepts and the direction of retail.
